At Creative, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all decor and furniture items. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are used to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
